Summary: Looked like this hotel had recently been updated. I was in the area to attend the Cubs v Tigers baseball game. I was about 10 miles from the stadium, which was easily less than 20 minutes to get there, so perfect for me. Plentiful free parking. Area was nice enough, grocery store, gas station nearby. Also, only about 30 minutes to the airport. I would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: I was there for a Dr. Appt. My daughter is blind, she was in her own adjoining room. I left my side of the door propped open in case i was needed. She needed to use the bathroom during the night & got turned around & ended up in my room. Her side of the door automatically shut. There she is stuck in my room without access back into her room. Prior to bed, i showed her the door lock & safety latch. At 2 a.m. im wondering how to get her back to her room knowing I'd locked her up tight. Fortunately the night staff was very helpful in opening up her door for us so she can return to her room. Thank you The Leo Collection night stafffir all tour help.

Summary: This hotel located next to the high way with low other stores near. Hotel do not offer housekeeping even you ask for. Room equipment broken and no bother to fixed or offer room exchange when you asked. The room has extremely strong cleaning detergent small.

Summary: Room was okay except for a big bug found t in the bathtub. Breakfast was very basic, waffles and toast. Had to wait for coffee too!

Summary: I personally won't stary there again. Train goes right by your room window. Had to ask for coffee and food for breakfast at 7am. Our friend's room had a centipede in their tub. No hair dryer or coffee cups in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room had an upgraded shower, unlike our friend's room. Rooms are small and upgrades are done cheap and poorly done. There are better hotels in the area. Choosing a different one next time.

Summary: I usually pick this property whenever I come into town. It’s always been a great experience and the front desk staff are always so helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy.

Summary: For a better rating, staff needs to show better attention to detail, e.g., shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty; lots of litter outside the window; subpar breakfast choices. Easy things to remedy. Otherwise, the room was fine. The train blowing its horn outside the window at 3 AM is out of their control but is nonetheless sure to wake up all guests.
