We named this property after its rich history of Mena. It’s located in the heart of the City in Walking distance to downtown Mena, City Park, restaurants, grocery store, art gallery, antique shops, brewery, walking and bike trails. Short distance to Queen Wilhelmina State Park, Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails, Rivers and Lakes all where you can enjoy fishing boating, golfing, hiking and 4 wheeling! Property has street and rear parking so there’s plenty of room for bigger vehicles.

There is 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full baths it also includes a bunk room which is not enclosed- it is stated there are 3 bedrooms because it was the only way to add the bunks

This property was the original Southwestern Bell building built in 1950. It was later sold to Roy Riales, speaker for the House of Representatives of the State of Arkansas, who leased it to the Polk County Health Clinic. It was later purchased by Paul Tyrone Lewis an American artist who was sought after throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Lewis used it as an art gallery. Summary: Not what we were hoping for. There wasnt enough description and pictures. Its a duplex(which it wasnt a big deal if it were described). The bunk beds are in the hallway( no 3rd room as described.) All of that was a okay until the cleanliness. It was not clean whatso ever! The bottom stair shower was clogged. Not worth the trouble.

Summary: The house was adorable and is right by the mountain which was absolutely wonderful. There were a few things that were either broken or not working but it wasn't a big deal for us at all. The owner offered another night for our troubles but we were off to new orleans so we couldn't stay. I was so happy to have the house right by my sister and her family. It was perfect. The people at E-Z mart were also super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if i go back to mena.

Summary: Very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise to find a basket of snacks in the kitchen, cold water bottles in the refrigerator and a notebook filled with sites to see, restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed our trip and felt right at home. We will definitely come back again!
