Positive: The hotel has beautiful views from the rooms, the restaurant, and the property itself. There is also a wellness option (120 min for €50 per person), although we didn’t try it. The restaurant food was slightly above average and the staff looked friendly.

Negative: However, the rooms, while clean, felt outdated and the terrace was shared with other rooms. Staff didn’t speak English, breakfast (7–10) was repetitive with a small selection and often not replenished. In the evenings, parties and karaoke with loud music lasted until midnight and could be heard clearly from the rooms. Hot water in the shower took about 5 minutes to arrive and was not stable, lights in the room and restaurant kept flickering, and reception was often unattended.

Positive: Even if it is quite difficult to find because there is none street number, and it is located far outside the village, the place is worth the travel and the money. It is absolutely quiet, and the view is breathtaking thanks to its elevated point of view on all the valley for several tens kilometers. The room is big with a bigger terrace with the same point of view. Franscesca was nice.

Negative: The restaurant, cheap in quantity but in cost. For example, I ordered raviolis, and I was able to count them in the plate in few seconds, there were 7. But the price was above the average ones for such a meal. The usual situation, especially in Italy, where the managers/owners think that it is enough to put a high price on something to transform it as a luxury one. And about the bill, they forget the 10% discount I had the privilege according to Booking.com... But the wine, even expensive, was good.

Positive: Though a new resort, it has beautiful taste in its decor and restaurant style and menu. We asked for shuttle service and it was delivered so our experience was perfect. Lovely staff.

Negative: We needed a car or taxi service
