Summary: We came up for the wine festival with my girlfriends. We had a great weekend. The house was perfect and convenient and comfortable. It was close to all the things we needed. We had a great time sitting on the patio and in the living room, watching TV and laughing. Great times, thank you so much

Summary: The Lilac house was amazing!! We instantly felt at home and there was plenty of room for our Grand Junction family to come over for dinner! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking for having family come by. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Grand Junction!!

Summary: This was a good location for our weekend getaway. We went Biking in Palisade, Hiking in Grand Mesa, Biking in Fruita and Grand Junction and the home was centrally located to all our activities as well as to nice restaurants. The hosts were quick to reply to all our questions and requests for information. We had a very enjoyable weekend.

Summary: Loved, Loved our stay at Lilac House. ❤️ Quiet neighborhood, close to the Fairgrounds. Comfortable beds and pillows. We had breakfast under the gazebo and throughly enjoyed our stay!
