Positive: Beautiful hotel but in a strange city- literally too upscale for the area. I didn’t “ get it,” or why such an expensive hotel was in this downtown area. Room was absolutely beautiful; well appointed with warm and cozy textiles in invited hues. However, the water pressure was horrible and the shower was beyond disappointing. Glad I didn’t have to wash my hair because I would never have been able to remove the shampoo. No full length mirror and lighting was too dark to apply makeup, had to use my own light.

Summary: It was fine, but certainly not with what we paid to stay here.
