Negative: It was under stocked in the store and the heated pool was not turned on even though the night time lows had started dropping.

Negative: Room wouldn't cool down to where the thermostat was set. Pretty warm in the room. Warm water not hot water for showers.
Summary: Other than the 2 small problems we absolutely loved the place.

Positive: We loved the staff, they were so kind & helpful. The pool was wonderful for younger children. We took advantage of the outdoor games & had s’mores as an activity. The beds were comfy & the stay was quiet. We can’t wait for our next stay.
Negative: My only “complaint” which really isn’t a big deal, is that I wish the pool was a bit deeper for my very tall teenager to enjoy but seriously, it was still 100% worth it.

Positive: There were plenty of things to do there! It was clean and staff was friendly. The location is great!
Negative: There were a few things not working like the coffee machine at the shop and some arcade games. The bar and restaurant downstairs was never open.
