Positive: This is a great place for a family. It’s within walking distance of the center, has a pool, playroom areas, and a great breakfast. Plus a fridge with food to select from - a real bonus in a city with so few food options in the evening.

Negative: Nothing! We have no idea why we saw so many negative reviews. And people complaining about single duvets? Get over it, this is not England.

Positive: The hotel is at perfect walking distance of Legoland and Lalandia. Also, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel’s staff are all very friendly and helpfull! We had a great time there!

Positive: Breakfast selection was extensive. Swimming pool, sauna and associated areas were great. Overall the staff were friendly.

Negative: There was a bar in the reception area but the staff member on duty didn't seem to want to make any drinks. I sat at the bar for quite a long time before being able to attract attention for a drink and then it seemed quite difficult for her to make a gin & tonic.

Summary: Great place for families. Location was slightly out of the center of town but walkable.

Positive: Stunning modern-architecture meets traditional lodge. Beautiful buildings, courtyard. Great rooms with huge bathrooms. Fantastic heated pool and sauna.

Negative: Advertised having a restaurant, but it was closed when we visited in winter (only open for breakfast). They had a deli with fresh soup bread and heatable meals as an alternative.

Summary: Highly recommended 13/10!
