Positive: I had a really good stay here and would definitely come back again. What stood out most was the level of service and how accommodating everyone was. They didn’t pressure me for payment upfront and were incredibly flexible, allowing me to pay whenever was convenient for me over the course of a few days. Breakfast was available until 11:30am, but even if I asked later or at a different time, they were always happy to arrange it for me. They even helped order Foodpanda for me and simply added it to my bill so I could pay later, which made things really convenient. A special mention to Shamraiz, who provided great service throughout my stay. The food was good, everyone was helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The location is brilliant and very convenient for getting around. I had already pre-booked a hire car before arriving, but I later found out they also arrange cars themselves at very reasonable prices, which I would probably use next time. Overall, excellent hospitality, great value for money and a very comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to others.
