Positive: Loved the location, so peaceful and amazing views of the Derbyshire Hills. It was also the perfect location for the Monsal Trail and close to great hikes like Mam Tor, Kinder Scout, Higger Tor (all within 30min drive). The place had great Wifi too for distance working. Wanted the thank the hosts for all the hospitality!
Negative: Nothing comes to mind for our 4 night stay.

Positive: Such a peaceful location, beautiful views and walks so close by. The property had everything that we needed, the bed was super confortable and the bath was fantastic after a long day walking. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. We had a fantastic stay.

Positive: What a beautiful location! So many wonderful walks right from the door. This little house had everything we required to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The lounge has a comfy sofa, the kitchen a useful dining area, the bathroom has an excellent shower and a bath tub with a view of the hills. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a nice little patio table and chairs is provided. The lodge is full of character and personality. The wine, biscuits and fruit were a lovely welcoming touch.

Positive: What an exceptional weekend! The location and view is stunning, the cottage was perfect with a roaring fire on arrival. Extra firewood for the log burner was provided when we asked. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was stunning. Will definitely come again.
Negative: Nothing, other than it being a bit of maneuvering to get our large car into the space!
