Our 3 bedroom pool home is located halfway ( 30 minutes ) between St Augustine and Daytona. We're 20 minutes to the beach at Flagler and 90 minutes to Orlando and Disney. Jacksonville is about an hour away at most. If you're looking for golf then look no further - the home is walking distance to Pine Lakes and within 30 minutes to a dozen public golf courses. Palm Coast is a vibrant community with every imaginable convenience and activity.
" The Loft " features a solar heated swimming pool that is much more that just a " wader." There's lots of patio space for entertaining or just hanging around before and after a BBQ.
Two of the 3 bedrooms feature televisions and the living room area is equipped with a 55" smart TV. The home also has an office area and WiFi connections.
We've tried to bring a Florida feeling to every part of our home -- red, yellow, salmon, peach and pink hibiscus shrubs cover our property. In addition, we have added 2 orange trees, a lemon tree ( for that gin cocktail ) and several Bird of Paradise plants. Regretfully some of our hibiscus plants got murdered by a rare January frost ( 2021 ) and will take some time to recover. Thankfully they are hardy --- virtually everything grows in Florida !
" The Loft " is located in a quiet neighborhood close to biking trails. There are many fine restaurants nearby and we have compiled a list of our favorites. Several of these are in the Flagler Beach area that is a haven for surfers and those who want to soak in the sun beside the ocean rather than the pool.
We have a staff that maintains the grounds on a weekly basis as well as another company that services our pool each week. The cleaning crew is as good as it gets and we have had many compliments in that regard.
This is OUR HOME and we want it kept PERFECT for our guests.

Summary: We had THE best vacation while staying at The Loft. A little tropical storm wasn’t about to get in our way!! The house and pool area were even better than expected. David was so responsive to my questions. There wasn’t a single thing we would change! The location is convenient to stores, beaches, and anything you could need yet the neighborhood has so quiet. Summary: This was the greatest and most relaxing stay I have ever had. I now know that the Palm Coast is where I will retire. The hist was responsive to any concerns or questions immediately. Things were convenient and easy. Great pool. Great place.

Summary: Our week in Palm Coast happened to coincide with hurricane Ian. Our decision to stay was predicated on the fact that we were several miles inland., and the forecasted path would be south of our location. Although there were.strong gusts, we weathered the storm with only 24hr loss of power. The home is comfortable, had plenty of amenities, and a great pool and patio area. (We ended up with an infinity pool with all the rain.). The kitchen had everything a cook would need for.gourmet meals including a well appointed spice assortment. Summary: We had a great vacation at this property. The house is large but also cozy. The pool is great and the water temp was perfect for these very hot and humid days. The master bed is super comfortable and the bed at the back of house is very comfortable too. We did not use the third bedroom. The TV cable was great and wifi worked fine. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pans and utensils which was good for us, as we prefer to cook most meals. The area is very quiet and the landscaping at this property is beautiful. Looking forward to returning for another week!
