Positive: Perfect location and apartment had everything that we required for our few days there, the owner was very kind and even put a few basics like milk etc which we thought was lovely. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend.

Positive: Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Little things like milk in the fridge or cookies/sweets for the kids. Host was contactable and answer any questions very quickly with very good comunications.
Negative: It is a bit away from anywhere so a car would be required. But this is what I wanted, quiet and the beach on our doorstop. Just something to note for some people.
Summary: Excellent accommodation and an easy recommend.
