You are centrally located in Strandon, where you can wander anywhere you want to go. A hop skip and jump from the Federal Store Cafe and a variety of takeaway restaurants. A five minute stroll will have you shopping at the funky Fitzroy Village shops or a ten minute stroll to the popular swimming beach of East End and the Scenic Coastal Walkway or the New Plymouth CBD.
A great location to explore NP on foot.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Summary: I felt like the bear minimum has been done for this “home away from home”. The advertisement for this property should make it clear that this is an industrial unit, that’s not a pleasant surprise for your holiday makers. The property has the absolute minimum basics that a holiday home could provide. Cheap coffe, cheap ‘1 selection’ of tea, one ply toilet paper. If you want to create a cheap and cheerful place, that’s all good, just charge accordingly and sell it as it is. Master bed has massive roll together. Disappointed stay.

Summary: The location was really great - Fitzroy Beach was a hop skip and jump away, and we were 30 minutes walk from the centre of town. Accommodation was basic, comfortable and functional.

Accommodated our family of four well, and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed. And an extra bonus was its close proximity to New Plymouth’s best cafe, Federal!

Reviewer Comments: The loft suites our needs very well , I hadn’t clicked it was in an industrial area but in fact once in the loft with the lovely outlook from the front to the beach, this didn’t matter at all and there were no noise issues. Very clean , great to have a decent laundry also. It’s central location for the spread of the gardens in the festival worked well for us. We would use the loft again. I would suggest a coffee plunger would be a beneficial addition to the kitchen.
