Summary: A fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel has two restaurants which both have great food. Wifi was hit or miss but we had a great stay.

Summary: Had a great stay at the Lokha Ubud. The hotel is situated a bit off central Ubud. Room was as described, very nice. The scenery is breathtaking

Summary: restaurant areas is quite dirty with lots mosquito around when dining in. limited breakfast selection, from the first day till last day everyday Indian foods which not much selection for other nationalities. staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Summary: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the service to the truly top notch, super friendly personnel to the gorgeous facilities to the beautiful room and incredible views, the ENTIRE experience is truly 5 star - and I’m a picky American who does NOT settle. We loved it so much we stayed here TWO WEEKS longer than we originally booked. We just didn’t want to leave!

Summary: The Resort location and spa were amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. One small thing that we don’t like is that the room is a bit old but they mentioned that they are renovating all rooms.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, and having a shuttle to Ubud center is also nice. The food is delicious but the portions are small. The open buffet breakfast is also nice. You can eat well and get by all day. The dinners and the bar are delicious but the portions are small and a bit more expensive than outside. The pool, hotel room, and especially the staff are very good. Everyone is smiling. The spa is expensive compared to outside, the staff is probably professional but I was not very satisfied and it was expensive. In general, it is one of the quality places you can find in the area.

Summary: We recently stayed at Lokha Ubud for a week and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a quiet, convenient location with a complimentary shuttle into town, and there are cafes, shops, and a spa within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with Wulan standing out for making our stay extra special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options that changed regularly, and we also enjoyed the afternoon tea and the BBQ dinner with traditional Balinese dances. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they could use a deeper clean, and the poolside lounge chair cushions and towels could be refreshed as they appeared stained. Overall, we had a great stay!
