Summary: The hotel is very nice and the staff were friendly. The only problem I had was the lumpy mattress. It took me a long time to fall asleep.

Summary: Humidifier on the AC wall split unit was on so my bed was quite damp.. I had to request a new blanket to sleep on and with but that took a while to arrive. The chat system isn’t most effective. I’d use the phone call first next time. The toilet and shower made a squeal type noise when on/flushing. So that was interesting, but this was a massive step above what we had originally booked for a business trip. Also the front desk team was incredibly sweet!

Summary: I stayed in this hotel on 4th of July weekend. I booked a river view king size room. I checkedin a little late on my first day and i saw that i was given a room at the ground level with no river view and worst of all my room was right next to the AC room which makes a engine like noise non stop. I told my concern to the person at reception but he told me that they were overbooked. Me and my wife didnt get a good sleep on that night because of this. Next day they changed our room and gave us a room which we paid for which has river view and silent. I paid around $400 a night to this hotel and our first night was a disaster because of this AC room issue.They didnt offer any compensation for the first night.

Summary: I really like this place, I think it's so charming, I've been once before and knew I had to go back. Most of it was even better than the first time! The first thing I noticed was all the familiar faces I saw. I felt comfortable knowing that these were all people we'd encountered before that made our first stay amazing. On this trip we got the river view room and it was worth the small extra charge for the one night we stayed. The hotel room was emaculate in terms of cleanliness; there was a "Welcome" sign on the TV for us and the river view was quite pretty. Their beds and beddings are super comfortable. The Tv was more modern than last time, not sure if that's an overall update or if it's in certain rooms, either way, it was appreciated. Unfortunately there was a sour part of our stay, probably due to a number of issues. We went to Brook kitchen +bar for breakfast (it was amazing on our last stay and the previous night); however the morning seemed short staffed we were sitting for maybe 10 minutes without any direct contact with our server, and it wasn't about the restaurant being full, it wasn't, it wasn't actively busy either (people were eating or getting ready to leave). My husband and I felt not so great seeing our server pass us constantly without even checking in. We decided to leave because we had plans to meet up at Bally's Twin river. I was really looking forward to their breakfast, but so goes that. Cant wait to stay again and hopefully get breakfast!

Summary: We only stayed for two nights, but no one ever came to clean our room or take the trash/towels, etc. also no fridge or microwave so if you’re staying for a long while there’s no food storage. Breakfast not included but fancy restaurant attached.

Summary: This place was really great! Modern and perfectly located. Not too far from the beach, the airport is 2 miles away, the mall, restaurants.. it's all close. The restaurant in property was great too!
