Guests enjoy the patio & chairs where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It a 1 room efficiency. A double bed, 2 Burner glass cooktop, Small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, TV, wireless internet. there a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The day you arrive I will try to be there to welcome you, if I can't I leave the door unlocked and the key on the dining table.
Bill & Barbs Cottages are close to Lake Winnipesaukee, the public beach and boat launch 200 yds away. There is a walking trail on route 11 just before the bay. The Trail follows the outlet of the lake. At the entrance to the trail, there is a place to get some great spring-fed water. Gunstock Mountain is 1/2 hour away, Mount Major is 15 mins and has great hiking and views. Laconia, Weirs beach is 30 mins depending on summer traffic. The White Mountains or the beaches of the Atlantic. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Summary: The cottage was very clean and had whatever we needed available to us. It was small but that was alright with us as we were only there at night. The owners were very pleasant.

Summary: This cabin and location was perfect for my husband & I who were attended a Christian Music Festival up at Gunstock. We could sit out front of the cabin and have the most perfect view of Alton Bay. Quiet, pleasant & cozy. The cabin was a just the right size and had everything we needed. The property manager was very gracious and accommodating. I look forward to booking again, because although we wanted to we ran out of time to take the Sunday brunch Mt. Washington Ferry right at the bay. Great spot to get around some lovely attractions in NH.

Summary: The place was really clean and 5 minute walk to the public beach which is small and not crowded at all. Bill and Barbara were really friendly and welcoming. E we really enjoyed it steady and will definitely come again

Summary: I stayed at the cottage for some time away. It was cute and cozy, and nice and quiet! The location was absolutely amazing . The cottage was right across from the lake. The combination of the fall foliage and the lights that lit up the lake were beautiful ! Also, the owners Bill and Barb were very nice . In fact , after I checked out , I went across the lake to do some shopping before heading back home . Unfortunately, I left my car lights on , and when I came out my car wouldn’t start. Bill ( the owner) had a very warm and inviting personality , which made me comfortable calling him to ask for help . He came right over in the rain and gave me a jump ...and I made it back home with no problems. Thank you Bill !!!!
