Summary: We had an amazing stay at this Arlington property! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We especially loved the pool and backyard area and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: Really enjoyed the stay. Worked well for our retreat, the communal spaces were used, loved the game room. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. A bit sad the pool wasn’t open. And we had to borrow a can opener from the neighbor. Otherwise beds were comfy, we appreciated the laundry facilities, and the outdoor spaces were great too!

Summary: The house was clean, spacious, well appointed and Rodrigo was very accommodating and prompt with his responses. Had a wonderful girl’s weekend and the house was situated very close to where we wanted to explore -DC and Alexandria. Super cute neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

Summary: I stayed here for a long weekend with friends for the People's March in DC. The house is clean, updated, comfortable and with plenty of beds. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and some good restaurants. Highly recommend

Summary: Our daughter is a nurse living in Arlington and this was her first Christmas working and we decided to bring Christmas to Virginia. The house was lovely, very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We were able to have an amazing Christmas and will definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: We had four couples, a total of eight adults, stay here for a few days over the army navy weekend. We could have had another two couples and it would have fit everyone perfectly. There were two living spaces that were spacious. There was an eat-in kitchen table on the main floor that seats six and a dining room that seats eight, I believe. There is another eat-in kitchen in the lower level as well. Tight kitchen space but doable. The only bummer was we could not use the fireplace. The location is right off a main thoroughfare. Walking distance to a grocery store, Harris Teeter.
