Positive: Great position. Next to the Cathedral and restaurants and bars all handy. The hotel is very clean. The room was very nice. Buffet breakfast good with quality local food. We didn't use the restaurant but the bar is nice and cosy. The staff are very nice. We took the free ride in the Bentley and the driver gave us a good talk about Norwich's history.

Positive: Without a doubt the most friendly and helpful staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. If you are looking at a city break in Norwich, I highly recommend The Maids head. It's right in the middle of the city next to the beautiful Cathedral and a stone's throw from the shops, bars and restaurants. On a last note - I travel as part of my job and tend to rate my stay at a hotel on the quality of the shower... I cannot obviously rate the entire hotel but room 404 has my first 10/10

Negative: Absolutely nothing
