Summary: Excellent location. Even though the hotel was full on a summer weekend, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The car parking was very good. Very nice complimentary Bentley experience. A great base for a very enjoyable weekend.

Summary: Excellent position, with cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The ride around in the vintage Bentley was excellent. The room was very comfortable, with excellent air con for the very hot weather. Restaurant comfortable with good choice. Staff friendly and helpful, we will return.

Summary: Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and mini fridge were very welcome. Only downside was the position of the room 107) as right outside our window was the extracter fans from the kitchen which were very loud and noisy. As we were at the hotel for a function and didn't go to bed until 11:30 the fans had been turned off by then. Not a problem for us but be aware if you go to bed early. Breakfast was very good, piping hot full English and the usual cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast etc. A lovely, historic building with lots of character in the middle of Norwich, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
