Positive: We arrived early, staff very friendly, had a cup of tea in the bar awaiting our friends. Checked in, room was very nice, staff were very friendly and it was a great experience. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, very efficient staff and extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative: Nothing really, everything was as expected. A very nice stay.
