Positive: Great location, good size and comfortable beds. Excellent base for exploring Northumberland.
Negative: There were a few basic things that it lacked such as a tin opener, oven dishes and a clothes horse. The house could also have done with a more thorough clean and some unnecessary items in the kitchen cupboards removed.

Positive: Great location for visiting Seahouses and Holy Island. Stayed with family and it was great to have our own space and en suite facilities in 4 of the rooms. The hosts left wine, chocolates and a card for my mam's 80th birthday which was a lovely gesture. Great facilities for cooking.
Negative: Could do with a lick of paint in some areas and there was a bit of mould around the bath in the family bathroom but nothing that sold our stay.
