Positive: Loved the location .The room looked to have been recently decorated to a good standard
Negative: We were disappointed by the additional £25 charge for bringing our dog. We had understood that we were booking a specially designated dog-friendly room, but after comparing with other guests in our group, we found our room was smaller and offered no extra amenities. When we questioned the receptionist about the charge, we were told it covered a specialist deep clean, as the hotel doesn’t have specific rooms for guests with dogs. I explained that our miniature dachshund is small, very well-behaved, and caused no mess at all. The receptionist acknowledged that the situation seemed unfair and apologised, but said the policy wasn’t up to him. The experience left a sour impression and will likely influence our decision when considering future bookings Please be careful when booking this hotel and check the additional charges

Positive: The staff are lovely, we had some issues with my disabled scooter and our allocated room, but the staff accommodated us and we're helpful, treated us like a valuable customer. Breakfast was lovely, good sausages and hash browns. Pool has no changing room so you need to change and shower in room, some inconvenience there, pool is very warm but small. Ramp for disabled was good , lift will take smaller folding style disabled scooters, has a weight limit . breakfast is till 10 am which is good for leisure stay. We had great views over sea, only issue is scaffolding around building which interfered a bit with view but was ok , they are getting roof repairs. Overall we thinking of going again.
Negative: Pool with no changing room, both toilets were out of order as well. Scaffolding is unfortunate but I'm sure it temporary
