Positive: The bedroom was lovely - has a cute seaside vibe. The staff were amazing in particular the lady at breakfast witht he egg brooch - she was so friendly and warm and couldnt have been more helpful. The hotel was a beautiful walk away from Whitstable with the most lovely beach out the front door
Negative: The hallway carpet - it didnt offend me but prob needs a bit of a new carpet.

Positive: Very helpful staff. Lovely sea view room. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Loved the outdoor terrace for drinks. Excellent breakfast.
Negative: Our evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing. However breakfast was excellent.
Summary: Perfect location. Great outside terrace. Loved the coffee shop too. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Positive: We have stayed here a few times now and love the location and the hotel itself. Good selection of food and enjoy the superior rooms with the balcony.
Negative: Unfortunately the room we had on this occasion room 3 was incredibly drafty and the noise kept me up most of the night. It was cold and smaller than other superior rooms. The bathroom was so cold neither of us could bear to have a shower in there. The bed was also really uncomfortable.

Positive: Tasty breakfast with loads of choice,served by waitresses. Large bedroom & decent size bathroom.
