Positive: We loved the coziness of the place. Good quality sofa, adjustable bed, 2 TV's(70 in and 46 in ?), excellent business quality wifi, safe and peaceful area, private entrance. Outside had hot tub, pool, projector screen section, fire pit etc. Close to nearby restaraunts.restaurants.
Negative: Sharing the grounds with Host, but she is very nice, no problem, still cozy spot.

Positive: My recent stay at The Martin Stay and Play Guest House was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Sarah, the amazing host, greeted us with warmth, offering a tour and thoughtful suggestions on where to eat and what to do in the area. The magic begins as soon as you walk down the beautifully lit pathway to the guest house—setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. This place is, hands down, one of the most unique and incredible stays we've had while traveling. Inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches that went above and beyond our expectations. There's literally everything you could want: a pool, hot tub, swing, outdoor projector with seating, and a firepit. Sarah even had a fire ready for us when we returned from dinner—a perfect way to unwind! Inside the house, the attention to detail continued to amaze us. There was a note on the wall with all the essential info, making it so easy to settle in. The record player and vintage records created such a cozy vibe, and the adjustable bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a bidet, an LED adjustable mirror, and a fantastic walk-in shower with an amazing rainfall shower head and impressive water pressure. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the leather couch was super comfy for relaxing while watching the large, crystal-clear TV. The washer and dryer were a high-end LG set, making it easy to take care of any laundry needs. On top of that, the plush robes and slippers were such a lovely added touch. Every detail, big and small, was taken care of at The Martin. No corners were cut, and no comfort was overlooked. We absolutely will be back anytime we're in the area. I can't recommend this place enough!
