Positive: Very nice neighborhood, quiet, family friendly and safe. 10 minutes walking distance from S Congress Ave which is super convenient. Plenty of free spaces available in the street to park. Great wifi connection Very comfortable and cosy bedding. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages. Great value for money, we loved our stay here 👌
Negative: A blackout curtain for the front door would be perfect, as the morning sun shines directly on the bed and wakes you up. Other than that everything was perfect.
Summary: Clean, modern, confortable and quiet at walking distance from South Congress Ave!

Positive: The rental surpassed all expectations. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was easily walkable to South Congress. Everything was really nice and the bed was very large and comfortable. When come back to Austin, we would be very happy to there stay again. It was a great chill spot for a chill trip.
Negative: Honestly, nothing. I guess one lightbulb buzzed when it was on, but that’s it. The place was amazing.

Positive: Instructions for checkin and check out were very clear, good communication and responsiveness from the agency. The bed is massive and extremely comfortable. The apartment is arguably in the best part of town - walkable to south Congress and there is a park nearby which was awesome for walking my dog. It's extremely quiet and there is A/C. Street parking easy to find. The balcony is very convenient. It's all clean and modern.
Negative: Only one towel provided (none for my hair). The apartment is on the street so people look into your house as they walk past (they will say hi 😜) Steep flight of stairs to get to the apartment above the garage (not convenient with luggage) Kitchen supplies limited, ok if not planning to cook at all. I was disappointed that Lodgewell was unflexible with my request to check out 30 mins later (11:30), stating the cleaning crew needed to be there at 11am to find the crew stroll in at 11:45 when I was going back to the area to pick up my car.

Positive: This apartment is super comfortable and clean. It was far better than staying in a local hotel.
Negative: The hosts require that you provide them a photo of your ID directly. I don't love this process for privacy and security reasons.
