Summary: This is a new building with nice amenities, the apartment has good views and is decorated very well (fun decoration), the location can't be beat thanks to the proximity to most of what Austin is known for (walkable to top bars, restaurants, gyms, Zilker park, and grocery stores), and the hosts are easy to communicate with.

Summary: Absolutely loved staying here for a short little trip with my boyfriend! The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and had amazing smelling candles and soap lol. The only thing we found a little difficult was parking, there’s a parking garage connected to the building, super easy to pay and get in and out of, BUT it cost me $170 to park there for 2 days. Not including the times we left the garage and drove all around…(not the apartments fault tho bc it is public parking by the city). Overall had a great time and was a beautiful place to stay!

Summary: This was a great place with everything you need and very clean. The owner does not cheap out on anything like many other places that I've stayed. Everything was easy, owner very responsive and it was worth every penny! Highly recommend this location.
