Positive: With 3 levels, there was plenty of space if people wanted to do different things. We also had plenty of hot water for showers - not something you always get. The kitchen was well stocked (minus some forks but a quick message to the host and that was rectified) and the grill was in nice shape as well. It's also rare to find a take that fits the whole party around it - no problem here! The whole house has ac. The back yard connects with the green space to a school - our kids loved going out the playground!
Negative: The water/ice dispenser on the fridge was inop. It still made ice, but you had to reach in and get it (fortunately the ice box had a convenient swing door for access).

Positive: Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious and enjoyable home. Owners were great with communicating. We loved all the different spaces to relax, never once felt crowded or out of place. It felt just like home.
