Situated on Muirfield Loop this custom built Mediterranean style Villa home will provide every luxury and amenity that you could possibly desire. Including free wi-fi access for your Vacation.
This dream location is on an elevated position overlooking the 14 th Hole of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. With the south west facing pool this Villa is a truely heavenly spot, special for an outdoor family BBQ and relaxing with friends poolside in the evening sunset.
The property has just been completely upgraded by an interior design team and the entire Villa has been furnished to the highest standard of luxury. New Pool table for games room recent addition.
Situated on Muirfield Loop this custom built Mediterranean Villa style home will provide every luxury and amenity that you could possibly desire. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished including flat screen TV's. On the ground floor at the front of the home is a King Master Suite bedroom with a bathroom offering a tub/shower combination.
The living area includes a beautiful Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, Butler pantry, Granite counter tops and breakfast bar, adjacent is the formal dining area which also overlooks the tranquil side courtyard patio. This courtyard has its own BBQ and summer kitchen. It has North facing aspect and ideal for a cooler outdoor dining experience away from the more formal grand dining room table. One of this homes hidden treasures is the movie theatre and games room which will provide hours of fun and entertainment for the young and youthful adults. The fully equipped laundry room is also found on the ground floor.
The family Great room has been designed incorporating a 51' Samsung HD Plasma TV with Blue-Ray DVD, comfortable sofas and additional seating with access and views of the pool deck and golf course view beyond. The Second large master suite is located off the Great room, this bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and vanity. There is also a guest powder room adjacent to the Great room.
There is a wonderful covered Patio accessed from the Great room and is equipped with fans, patio seating, outdoor dining furniture and an large impressive Weber BBQ. This is an ideal location to monitor kids in the pool while relaxing with spectacular golf views throughout the day. It is amazingly beautiful and romantic in the evening at sunset, ideal for that pre-dinner poolside cocktail.
On the first floor to the rear of the home are three further bedrooms, one having two queen beds and the others are both master King suites. All three first floor bedrooms have private access to the first floor rooftop balcony terrace which has breathtaking views across the Nicklaus golf course and resort.
There is a mandatary Resort fee of $50 per day for the Resort Fee to allow guests access all the resort facilities, it will be collected one month prior to arrival or later if booked requested less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Pool Heat is optional $40/day plus tax (£35/day).

Summary: You will want to stay here! We had a wonderful week at this property. We were close to all the Disney parks. (within 20 minutes) It was really nice to be out of the crowds at night, and to be in a home rather than a hotel. It is pretty close to a grocery store (10 min) and we even had Costco deliver! That was the best way to load up on drinks! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Spacious rooms. The washer and dryer were really nice, which was great because we used a lot of towels each day. We definitely needed a grocery store run for basics like toilet paper, paper towels, Lysol wipes, laundry soap, salt and pepper...things like that... as there was not much on the property. Our kids liked the pool, although we liked going over to the resort pool the best. The resort pool is big with a lazy river. They have free tubes for floating. Which is so great, as we had no pool toys with us. We enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood every night. It is a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. The kids loved the pool table, and the x-box.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing time at the Mediterranean Villa and would definitely recommend the property. The house is very large and will easily accommodate large families or multiple families. The pool area is phenomenal with great deck (lounge / eat), and watch the kids swim. West facing views of the golf course and all day sun was great in Feb. We spent our time away at Universal and it was very convenient (about 22 mins). A couple hiccups with the power (power company came out to fix), pool heater was on and off (owners were very nice about refunding a portion), ice machine (sears came to fix). Management company is quick to react (didn't necessarily resolve quickly, but responded). We expect to run into hiccups on vacations so it didn't slow us down. Overall a great house, great location (resort is spectacular), and would definitely recommend.

Summary: We went for an extended stay to sunny Florida and felt right at home in this beautiful villa. Prepare to be 'wowed' by the dramatic floorplan layout, peaceful golf course views, and soak up the sun by the private pool. The owners were extremely helpful and exceed your expectations. We had a wonderful time there and can't wait to make it back again!

Summary: Having stayed at other VRBO properties I had never before experienced the limited utensils in kitchen for cooking as well as necessities like toilet paper paper towels and dish soap. We were a family of 8 adults and I had to buy these things for our 5 day stay. Not to mention with the shortage because of Corona Virus we had an extremely hard time finding toilet paper I feel this is something the home should have included. Other than that the home is beautiful and very convenient to everything although the parks had closed and we couldn’t go.

Summary: We enjoyed the house very much. It is big and has all we needed. The owners are very nice. They provided great instructions on shopping and restaurants around the house. They even agreed to our request for a late checkout so we can have a place to rest before catching a late flight to Europe. Highly recommended!

Summary: My family really enjoyed our week at Reunion. Collette was responsive and helpful before our visit, making arrival easy and giving lots of recommendations for things to do. Once we arrived, everything was perfect. Great house, overlooking the golf course and a great neighborhood. My kids lived between the pool and the cinema room. There is a free shuttle service that we used to go the water park and when we went to the restaurant Eleven. There are great views of the Disney fireworks from the restaurant balcony at 9pm every night.
