Summary: Twin beds convert to the French bed but the receptionist didn't tell this detail. Also, my reservation price is 4180, 48 TRY but they received 4184, 42 I asked Mr. Umut who is the receptionist couldn't explain the difference. As a housekeeping wonderful but front office services were bad.

Summary: I stayed at the Merlot for a week; it was my introduction to being a tourist in Turkey and overall a great experience! My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent. My only complaints are minor: There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm. The bathroom continually projected an odor of backed up sewage. Not sure if the plumbing needs flushing?
