Positive: As soon as you drive up the driveway there is a lovely sense of calm. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer.

Negative: It’s not a big thing but there was only one toilet and it was upstairs. It would have been nice to have one downstairs especially for my aunt who is 89, she was going to take the room downstairs but instead chose to be closer to the bathroom.

Summary: You need to spend more than a night to appreciate this beautiful property and its surrounds.

Positive: Loved the location and beautiful grounds. Quiet and secluded. Friendly hosts. Beds were comfortable. House was clean.

Negative: The only thing that was frustrating was we just didn't know how to turn on the switch for the oven but we finally figured it out and all was great.

Positive: The property was in a beautiful rural location but not far from Newbridge where we were visiting family. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The owners checked in with us when we arrived to check that everything was ok and communication with the owners was effective before our arrival.

Negative: There is nothing that we didn’t like about The Mews.
