Positive: Staff really friendly & helpful. Archery lesson great fun! Beautiful setting; we loved how relaxed and welcoming the vibe was.

Negative: Accommodation was mid-sold on the website - it was not made clear that our accommodation would be attached to another family’s. We go on holiday to get away from having neighbours living on top of us - & this detail about the accommodation was not made clear when we booked. It felt a bit naughty & misrepresents what was actually being sold in the photos & description. We had 2 autistic teenagers in our group & were looking forward to having the space offered by the single, one-storey cabins, which your lovely receptionist explained were reserved for larger groups. It didn’t ruin the holiday, because the facilities meant we were out a lot, but we couldn’t relax & sit outside to play family games of an evening, due to having young children next-door. It meant we used the balcony & hot tub hardly at all, which was a huge disappointment for all of us.

Summary: Fabulous resort overall. Accommodation was mid-sold, however

Positive: House was nice Bed was comfy Water temp was easy to control Clean & spacious Very modern Beautiful country view. Casting on tv was good

Negative: Bins wasn’t labeled clear enough Cooker wasn’t working & no manual Sink water was slow draining £45 for Breakfast produce but no oil was provided to cook with or butter etc. If you provide a package, should be everything that requires for that breakfast. They didnt provide any cooking essential but also didnt specify how far a supermarket is as the lodge is very remote. Hot tub should have temperature control & we had kids & was too hot.

Summary: Great place & lodge. Just need to be better with the mentioned above.

Positive: The lodge we stayed in was super clean and well equipped, couldn't fault it. Beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing and it was very peaceful. The hot tub was a very welcome addition to our stay.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay.
