Summary: The pool was out of service for 12 hours to be shocked. There was a large crowd day drinking during the day, so it wasn’t difficult to infer why the pool was closed and shocked. The hotel is definitely older and I had difficulty finding the check in area because it looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The room was small and there were a few bugs on the wall, which prompted me to check for bedbugs. Did not find any and it is Arizona, so I excused the few bugs. I was woken up around 3AM and kept up for a half hour by people yelling. While this is near old town, still isn’t acceptable. I didn’t realize until that moment that there wasn’t even a phone in the room to call the front desk. I would not book here again. Unless you need to be minutes from Old Town, I would look elsewhere.

Summary: This property was a pleasant surprise and I wish that I had the chance to enjoy the amenities more. Rooms are a little noisy and I wasn’t expecting outdoor access. I could hear a lot of activity and the ice machine was out one day and it was a scorching summer day. The restaurant and coffee bar were great—wonderful bartender!

Summary: Wife speaking- I went solo for one night and it was ok but I would not stay there again in the future. The quiet pool was nice for a swim and to read poolside. The party pool is nice if you are a yound 20 something year old and there to party. I did like there was separation. The rooms are older and they took minimalism literally when redecorating. Something just felt off. There were stay hairs in my bath tub and it looked grungy so I did not shower. This is not hotels fault but someone apparently left their toddler alone and around 9pm I had police banging on my door as they were looking for thr parents. Staying alone, this was very unsettling. I ended up not sleeping very well. Disappointing because the pillows and bed were actually very comfy. Overall I just feel like ive had a better experience at other hotels and would not recommend this one personally. Also, may be location of my room in particular but I heard every emergency siren that drove by. Very noisy.

Summary: Great location and very convenient to walk around town. Nice pool, comfortable bed and spacious room. The shower temperature was very cold until we finally found the right spot to put the handle to get hot water, and it was in the cold spot lol

Summary: The Hotel was amazing, and so was the staff. The only problem I had was the upkeep of the “quiet” pool area. It wasn’t as well maintained as the other pool party area. There was a dead baby bird, and towels left from days before. Housekeeping should make sure that area is well maintained daily. Other than that. The stay was great.
