Positive: Facilities, location, cleanliness were fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Negative: A bit of an inconvenience having to drive to Nelson’s bay to collect the keys. A keypad lock would be great. Especially after adding an extra hour for long weekend traffic, then extra time to drive into Nelson’s Bay. Then add a screaming toddler on top 😫

Negative: Did you know the neighbours dog barks regularly. Interestingly this even occurs when the neighbours are home??? Sadly the milk frother was missing?? Other than that everything was spot on!!

Positive: great location loved the views, sunrise and sunset were beautiful. the place was packed with so many things to do as a family and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and things to use. the bed was very comfortable
Negative: house has a bit of dust around that was really the only issue. and the second toilet door didn’t have a lock.

Positive: Location was great. Perfect for our family catch up. Plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space if needed. Pool and Beach were amazing.
Negative: Maybe some seating around the pool area. And the fan and the awning in the top loft were not working properly so it got a little hot.

Positive: The house was great After spending a large amount of money for our stay, I was disappointed that bed sheets, bath towels , mats etc were not provided and were over $150 to hire for 4 nights. However, the house was comfortable with a fabulous lay out, and a great BBQ and outdoor area ....
Negative: That we had to pay for bed sheets, towels etc..and there were no replacement toilet paper rolls.
