Positive: This place was extremely modern, clean and comfortable! It was exactly like the pictures. It was easy to find and easy to get in with the gate code. Place feels very secure and safe. Wifi and hot water/pressure worked great! Bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Positive: This place is great! It felt like a home away from home as it is fully equipped, especially for an extended stay. You'll find a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself, a big, super comfy bed, great sofa and living room area in a loft/studio style, but it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also huge, complete with a vanity and amazing makeup lights, mirrors, etc. I especially loved the attention to detail, the host is clearly going the extra mile and doing everything they can to make your stay perfect. From the outdoors to indoors, you'll find cute lights, techy charging stations for phone and smart watches, a white noise machine (which we didn't need at all, but was a nice touch), complementary umbrellas, even a yoga mat! Seriously an awesome place. The location is also great, right on the edge of downtown and on a lovely street with historical houses. We felt super safe also, particularly because there's a police station or something right behind it, so you feel the police presence when you drive by and parking your car (even on the back alley)
Negative: The hot water in the shower would run out quite quickly, but this really didn't hinder our stay.
