Positive: Good location for exploring Downtown Memphis Unique Elvis themed room with portable record player and Elvis records ( kinda neat).
Negative: Property was fine. Fenced in parking lot, so seemed very secure. Parking lot was a little tight getting into space, so best to back in slowly. So parking was kinda tricky but fine.
