Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath top floor condo with sleeper loft
This is a Top Floor Loft Unit........ not to be confused with some lower level units listed! Top floor units have vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and dining/living room areas - giving them a more open, roomier feel. A wall of windows allows for a great view of the mountains looking from the inside out. Climb the spiral staircase to the sleeping loft. Take in the amazing views from the deck which also has a vaulted ceiling!

We are located in Echota on the Ridge in the small town of Foscoe, North Carolina, just minutes from Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Valle Crucis. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Falls/Caverns and the Original Mast General Store are all just a short drive away. Enjoy the cooler temperatures during June, July and August while everyone else is sweltering. The surrounding mountains turn into a patchwork quilt of oranges, reds, yellows and browns as Mother Nature transitions from summer to fall. Winter activities abound at Hawksnest Snow Tubing or one of the local ski resorts - Appalachian, Sugar Mountain or Beech Mountain.
When we say top of the mountain, we mean the TOP of the mountain! Echota on the Ridge is beautifully situated atop the ridgeline where the views are as unforgettable as the memories! Located on 97 scenic acres, this gated community features breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Take in the spectacular ridge-top views from our spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo. The unit will comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo), plus direct access to the deck!
The guest suite includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom (tub/shower combo). The suite can be closed off from the rest of the unit for added privacy.
Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and Roku / Netflix for your enjoyment.
Loft area features 2 twin beds. Perfect for letting the kids unwind and be kids.
Relax in the Family Room and watch your favorite TV show or movie on the 42-inch flat screen HDTV - cable and DVD player are provided for your pleasure. Enjoy music from the local radio stations or your favorite CDs with our deluxe sound system - outside deck speakers allow you to listen to music as you sit on the deck and gaze out across the mountain ridges. After a busy day of exploring the High Country, warm up in front of our stacked-stone gas fireplace with a glass of wine or cup of hot cocoa.
In addition, you will find a great selection of Family / Kid DVDs, board games and books to use during your visit.

Whether cooking in or ordering carry-out, our dining set will comfortably seat 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

But we saved one of the best features for last - our DECK! Enjoy the breath-taking, panoramic mountain views as you relax and unwind in one of our Adirondack gliders.
A table, benches and electric grill are also available on the deck for alfresco dining.
An indoor pool and fitness center is located in the Echota Clubhouse (a quick five-minute drive away) or it’s just a short walk to the beautiful Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse (it's absolutely gorgeous). The Clubhouse is the perfect place to play a game of pool, swim in the outdoor pool, workout on the exercise equipment, connect to the free internet, or just sit and enjoy the many comforts while reading a book or watching the big screen TV.
