Summary: It’s a spectacular hotel, excluding the bohemian charm of Prague. It’s excellently located for exploring Old Town and Lesser Town by foot. The views from our room were super - the Vlatva river, the castle, the Pétrin tower and Lesser Town. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast options were quite good and eating in the lovely courtyard made breakfast special!

Summary: This hotel stay was perfect for my husband’s birthday trip to Prague. We loved this stay so much, the hotel is immaculate and beautiful with lots of old world touches, and the location is amazing. We had a river view which was spectacular, and the service was excellent and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Summary: Lovely room comfortable bed and service to the room all excellent eg daily water, room service and cleaning. Bins being wheeled out of hotel in early morning along side street noisey. But enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Very good location, historic building, very friendly and proactive staff. Made a wrong choice in room selection but they helped me out immediately. Strongly recommended.

Summary: A lovely time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Dining options were excellent, with a cafe and the Meateater restaurant. The Meateater is not the cheapest, but the quality of the food and service are definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend for trips into Prague old town, easily walkable, with Charles bridge just a couple of minutes away, giving access to the Castle across the river. Other areas like the national museum, or the rest of old town, are only 10 minutes or so.

Summary: Spacious living area with extremely tiny toilet closet (separate from bathroom). Shower completely soaks the bathroom floor no matter which way you angle the shower head and there isn’t a fan or opening window in the bathroom so it smelled musty the entire time. Curtains don’t cover the windows well and one window was missing any type of covering so it’s bright in the morning. King beds are actually just 2 twins pushed together. Room was quiet on the courtyard side. Excellent location for walking and exploring.

Summary: The shower does'nt have a door, so the entire bathroom floor is wet and slippery. The cost of brunch is very high considering the quality and variety of food (750 Czech crowns per adult), you can find much better ones at a much better price (Imperial Coffee). The room does not have good ventilation or air conditioning.
