Summary: Location is great. Garbage management requires a little bite to improve. Highly recommended place.

Summary: An older hotel but large rooms and shower/toilet rooms similar, king size bed, air con tv fridge etc with plenty of parking space, good value for the price. Only problem was no lift. Family Mart store adjacent to the hotel was handy. Situated about 10 minutes drive from the city centre, markets etc and about 5-10 minutes from the Friendship Bridge II and western side of the Mekong River and 5 minutes from Robinsons centre.
