Positive: This is a staffless accomadation. I did have a question, and the owner answered my call immediately and provided the information I needed. The room was tastefully decorated, the TV had multiple good options, the bed was comfortable. The room and lobby were clean and inviting. I had an excellent and inexpensive breakfast at a diner that was a 4 minute walk away. The place is undergoing renovation, but the first floor is finished, and there was no inconvenience related to the work. It is in the center of Logan, but it was quiet.
Negative: The lighting over the sink could have been better (or I was unable to locate it)
Summary: I just stayed overnight, but was quite comfortable

Negative: We could not figure out how to turn the volume up in our tv. Since there is no one working on the premises, I had to email someone and wait for a response which didn’t come until 4 am
