Positive: For a 5-star hotel, it was great value for money! We got a king room with half-board, and the food was amazing. We stayed there for our anniversary and we received a very lovely welcome in the room with rose petals and a delicious cake! The roof top pool was the best feature of the hotel, we were there at night and during the day after, and we loved the view of the Lusail Towers both time. Upon coming to the pool in the morning, watermelon and cold water bottles were offered to us which was a great touch.

Negative: We loved every minute of it. There was a bit of misunderstanding for breakfast but it was resolved quickly and it was not representative of our stay or the hotel as whole.
