Summary:
Come experience tiny living 240sf! It is so fun! This tiny home sits atop of a hill over looking Mineral Wells & next to Mineral Wells State Park, the trailhead is across the street. GREAT LOCATION! Lots to do, hike, bike, kayak, rock climb, rappel, fish, boat, swim, site see, shop, eat & relax! It has everything you need with a queen bed, a loft with 2 twin beds and space for sleeping bag, couch, kitchenette w/mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet and full bath. It is SO CUTE!
The Space:
There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 twin beds and lots of extra space. A full bath with large shower and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, electric skillet and coffee maker. There is a grill just a short walk up the hill along. There is a picnic table to enjoy the beautiful view, best enjoyed at sunset.
Guest Access:
Once you enter into Eagle's Nest RV Park follow the gravel road up the hill. The tiny house is on the left in site #4. It is black with brown trim and the front door faces the view not the road. Park on the left side.
The Neighborhood:
Right next to Mineral Wells State Park, trailhead across the street, Vietnam War Museum across the street, Clark Botanical Gardens down the street and only minutes to downtown Mineral Wells and Weatherford.
Getting Around:
It is inside Eagle's Nest RV Park. There is onsite laundry. There is parking right beside the tiny house. The trailhead is across the street to access Mineral Wells State Park. To drive into the park just go right outside of our drive and it is the next entrance. Walmart, CVS, hardware store, fast food and restaurants are just 5 min. down the road.
Other Things to Note:
There is also laundry onsite, a dog run, grill and fire pit with a beautiful view.

We are not usually on site, however, I have maintenance and cleaning on site if you need anything. Please contact me via phone or text I do not usually see the messages through here.

Summary: The location and view is very nice. The cabin furnishings are excellent and it was very cozy. Just what we needed for our visit to Mineral Wells.

Summary: The only problem we had with the tiny house is the amount of Mosquitos in the house. We were not leaving the door open at all except when we went in and out. I was bitten 31 times by mosquitos in two nights. They seemed to be heavy in the bathroom also. There were a lot in the shower area. There was also a strong sewer smell coming into the house and in the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable!

Summary: It's one of a kind, a unique escape and surrounded by so much. Its a small driving distance away from everything significant and less than a minute away from Lake Mineral Wells State Park. The home itself is effective in it's use of square footage and has the most fitting decorations. Highly recommend anyone going to Mineral Wells to stay here. You can even see the daunting Baker Hotel towering over the famed city from a distance.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for a birthday weekend. The cabin sits at the top of a hill overlooking beautiful woods! So very pretty. It is the perfect location for going to Mineral Wells state park - we could see our cabin from the entrance of the park! Super clean, has everything needed for a weekend getaway. When we visited, the city had recently had electoral issues and an outlet went out. A kind maintenance man fixed the concern within 10 minutes of us texting the host! Incredible host and just such a great find. Hope we can stay again soon!!

Summary: Wonderful tiny home!! If you have toddlers it is not as friendly since toddlers can get into everything and are not very balanced to be in the loft. It was decorated lovingly and overall was as expected. Thank you!

Summary: This was a quaint property with beautiful views! It was easy to get to, and close to many attractions. The house was very clean and well laid-out. We live in Dallas and had never been to Mineral Wells, but were there this weekend for a wedding. We're encouraged to visit west of the Metroplex more often now - it was beautiful! Reminded me of the Texas Hill Country.
