Positive: Overall fine. But close to impossible to find even for the taxi driver, when it is dark.
Negative: But close to impossible to find even for the taxi driver, there were no signs ect. and the address on Hotels is the wrong one.

Negative: The listing should have clearly mentioned that it is a Home Stay / Guesthouse. I was shocked to find that it was a guesthouse and not a hotel as I had expected it to be. Sure, if you read through the info on Booking.com page, you probably could have guessed it but then when one is looking for an accommodation and sifting through a multitude of listings, it is difficult to focus and every tiny detail and uncover the unsaid. The Bathroom though spacious and had a tub, it is had a stinking smell for both the days we were there. I should have complained to the caretaker but I did not have to time to explain the problem and we were also tired. The Tub is of not much of a use as the hot water provided was an instant geyser that could barely provide you with 3 to 4 liters of hot water before it becomes cold. So, you cannot take a shower with it. So, having a hot water tub soaking is ruled out. The amenities included toilet paper in the listing, which wasn't available. Maybe I should have asked them. They had some cheap local liquid soap in a Dove liquid soap container. May be it is good liquid soap, but using it to refill the Dove soap container isn't correct. We ran out of the liquid soap on the last day. At least they should have filled it up before check-in. The listing mentions, Tea/Coffee maker but I didn't find one in the room. The same is the case with the Electric Kettle. The Fridge etc is in the Kitchen, which is outside the room. There are a few more things that I could nitpick, like the only toiletries they provided is the liquid soap. Overall, for the money I spent it was a value for money. I only hope they correct the listing to clearly mention that it is an AirBnB style homestay.
Summary: Value for money but needs improvement.

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (8/10) I stayed at The Nest for just one night, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. My journey there was a bit challenging because my flight was delayed, and I landed around 12:30 a.m. Ola and Uber rides were showing ₹250–350 but were either getting cancelled repeatedly or drivers were demanding ₹600. Thankfully, the property manager, Mr. Ritun Mohanty, came to my rescue and kindly arranged a cab for me. Although the property is described as a “stone’s throw away” from the airport, it’s actually over 3 km away, and the late-night ride cost me around ₹500. The owner of the property was a decent and gentlemanly person who provided all the necessary details and connected me with the manager in advance. On arrival, the manager welcomed me warmly, ensured everything was in order, and even asked if I needed anything to eat. Since it was a fasting day for me and all the food stalls were closed, he went the extra mile to arrange some oranges at that odd hour — a very kind gesture. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with both a double and a single bed. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. One small point of mismatch was that the bathtub with the wall-mounted shower — shown in one of the booking photos — wasn’t actually part of my bathroom. Not a major issue for me since it was just an overnight stay, but worth noting for future guests. I checked in around 1 a.m. and checked out at 10 a.m. the next morning. The manager also has a good rapport with a local cab provider, Mr. Suresh Behra, who turned out to be a kind and reliable gentleman and helped arrange my onward travel to Puri. All in all, The Nest may not have over-the-top, fancy interiors, but it’s comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely hospitable. I felt quite at home here, and would happily recommend it for a short, cozy stay near the airport.
Negative: The only minor mismatch was that the bathroom shown in the booking photos (with a bathtub) wasn’t the one I got, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.
Summary: A comfortable and homely stay with genuinely kind staff, smooth arrangements.
