Positive: The view.
Negative: When we entered home once returned from a ceremony, we saw a lot of cockroach at the living hall. FYI, we did not eat/ left any food in the house. A few spot of hair strand also spotted. The host text us and notify that they have a security deposit. This hasn't been mentioned in the advertisement. In addition, we also not sure about the additional parking charge of RM35, because the visitor parking cost lower and can overnight.
Summary: It just a so-so stay as the price was on par with a better unit in the residence.

Positive: The master bedroom mattress was too soft The second room bed was creaky and made noises upon movements The apartment is kept clean and enough facilities like wifi, water heater, comfy sofa and dining table and chairs for 6, electric kettle and oven.

Positive: The location was easy to locate and it feels safe staying in the estate as there were security always on the look out. At the same time, only registered vehicles and residence could enter, so there's not much worry on safety and possibilities of theft.
Negative: We did not managed to get the Tv and Wifi working while we were there, and as w were out most of the day, it did not occur to us to contact the host immediately. However, upon checking out, we informed the owner and they quickly went to rectify the issue, and even provided a video of the devices working. So, I would say overall owner was very prompt in their reply. What could have done better would be to provide a troubleshoot guide on how we can activate the wifi and TV when checking in.

Positive: The host is nice and responsive. He provided detail instructions and information. We’ve pleasant day. The house is very clean and the location is awesome just opposite the MRT station. The swimming pool is so nice and so big with the KLCC view. We enjoyed our stay and swimming pool.
