Negative: Pool was closed down by health department. Rooms need to be remodeled, felt old and well used. Management should warn guest when amenities are not available might had stayed somewhere else.

Negative: pics when making reservation were of a renovated bldg…our room was not…misrepresented…& paid 1320 for 3 nights… on reservation i was asked for any requests…requested 2nd/3rd floor ocean view…we were assigned first floor…called upon entering bldg to see if could switch, as mult units unoccupied at out time of arrival, & was told no/unable…i asked to please make note as to future reservation we’ve already booked for end if august to ensure we get 2nd/3rd floor ocean view…was told it could not be guaranteed even w/all this time in advance… our room did not have a broom or a wine bottle opener…simple/must haves that most places have… upon check out…received $0 invoice email, but noticed a charge pending in my bank acct for additional $150 plus…called to see what charge was about and couldn’t get explanation… was told by front desk it was an error & she would reach out to appropriate dept for correction…requested call back to ensure matter settled…still waiting…

Positive: We loved the area and how easy it was to get to both Clearwater and St. Pete. Our room was clean and the staff responded quickly to a plumbing issue we had - left for the day and it was fixed before we returned. The hospitality area with waters, beach towels and coffee was a pleasant surprise!
Negative: Only one small issue - the bed was a little noisy. After a full day of walking and being a tourist, once we got in and settled it was barely noticeable.
Summary: Our trip was wonderful and we’re already talking about coming back!

Positive: The location is great. The beach access and amenities it provides (pools, grills, laundry room, beach toys) is wonderful. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen which was great!
Negative: Our room set up was not functional with 4 people, we stayed last year and was hoping for the same kind of layout, however the bathroom was off the single bedroom so that made it very inconvenient. The sofa bed was not comfortable (def recommend bringing blankets we had zero for that). The cleaning people also forgot to clean behind the sofa so it was gross.

Positive: The location was perfect! There were a lot of nice restaurants very close to the property. It is right on the ocean. The view was amazing
Negative: It was a little run down.. some of the furniture was dirty(twin bed frames). Scuffs on walls, mildew in showers. Appliances were old but still functional
