New washer and dryer to wash the sand out of your shorts! Getting ready for your days at the beach? No problem! This house comes with 4 beach badges, beach chairs and beach towels so you don't have to pack them! Summary: I absolutely loved this place! It was my first time in Belmar and it’s a great area and the house is in perfect location. Olivia was hands down incredible and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that my stay was perfect!

Summary: We had a great weekend at this lovely home. The place was very clean and updated. Olivia is a wonderful host. She had cold water bottles in the fridge and also reimbursed me for the beach passes that weren't available when we got there. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Summary: Immaculate, updated home in Lake Como / Belmar. Olivia is a welcoming host that had perfect communication. Home is accurately described cozy home. Kitchen, flooring and walls and bathroom look like a new home. Neighbors were great, nice to have a 7 / 11 convenience store 1/4 mile away. 4 of stayed 4 nights for a wedding and would stay again.

Summary: The property is brand mew and lovely. It can only comfortably accommodate 3 adults tops or 2 adults and 2 children. Unless using the outdoor shower, the indoor shower is tiny. The owner is gracious and very very accommodating. I would recommend this property. Bel Mar is a great vacation area.
