Summary: Location can't be beat if you want to be near Nolita, Soho and the Lower East Side with tons of restaurants and shops. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The view we had was amazing. Both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. The rooms are large for Manhattan with a large bathroom. I love having a mini fridge too. Only downside was the bed. Stiff, not comfortable, I tried my sides and my back and woke up with everything hurting. It's my 2nd stay here. Love it, but those beds are rough.

Summary: Location was really the only perk of this hotel . The room was like a weathered well used university dorm room. May have been nice at one time but has seen better days. Would not stay again.
