LIVING ROOM
The living room features a smart TV, You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. There is lots of seating for everyone making this the perfect place to cozy up and watch a movie, or play a game on the Nintendo Switch.
There is a queen-sized murphy bed in the dining area. Please note that sheets and pillows are provided for you.
BEDROOM
Featuring a queen-sized bed that will have you never wanting to wake up. You can close the blackout curtains to treat yourself with a little extra shuteye. There is also a smart TV in this room so you can cuddle in bed watching a movie or have a spot for the kids to wind down.
BATHROOM
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

With mountains as your backdrop enjoying time on this patio is a must! The propane grill will work great all year for you to chef your favourites!

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING
You will have access to the first-come-first-serve underground parkade, as well as street parking, for your vehicle(s.)
CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.
The Horsethief Lodges are in a prime location, offering shopping, dining options & hot pools by hopping on the Village Gondola just a quick walk away. Being in the Lower Village of the Panorama Resort, you'll be slope-side for quick access to the 138 mountain trails via the Toby Chairlift. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.
PANO-INVERMERE SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21 PM.
CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Summary: Great property and great location. Thebunitbwas fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The motion sensing heater means cold mornings. But other than that very nice.

Summary: Fun to hide out in Panarama during the off season. Pool was awesome (top of the hill) and the hikes around the area are beautiful. Unit was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. There's lots to check out in the valley, hikes, hot springs, golfing, etc.

Summary: Once we got acquainted with the map of area and facility amenities it was great. Like having everything you need right there. Cool to not have to worry about parking and just hit the lift to ski and back to place. Nice and cozy place.

Summary: We had all the amenities to do our own cooking and meals and had plenty of room to sleep four of us ! Proximity to chairlifts was awesome

Summary: Misrepresentation of the property listing on Expedia. Pictures showed a fire place. A week leading to our trip, guest portal details were shared which indicated that guests aren’t allowed to use the fire place. The front door had a huge gap between the door and trim so there was a consistent draft coming into the unit. You could literally see outside from inside the unit. The thermometer in the unit was capped at 25 and the heating unit is located right next to the front door. The temperature during our stay was -20 to -25, so heat was much required. The sound proofing in the unit is poor. We could hear the upstairs neighbours every time they were walking around. We could also hear when people were walking and talking while walking by our unit. Aside from not having a proper door, a gaping whole with a draft, lack of sound proofing and a functional fire place, this unit was comfortable.

Summary: We had a great time and this was the perfect place for our small family of 3. The unit was clean, had all the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked right down to an air fryer and both drip and espresso coffee machine. Easy walk to Toby Chair and the hot tubs and the host was available to answer any and all questions and queries.
