Positive: The good things were that each room has it's own bathroom and the kitchen has a very large table which was great to get everyone around to eat and play family games.the kitchen was clean and well equipped.
Negative: Unfortunately the beds / mattresses were very poor in every room. I had to try to sleep on a duvet to get any comfort. The furniture was often not working or broken in many of the rooms too. There was a missing shower door in our room which meant water leaked out every time we had a shower which had caused some damage. The house needed a lick of paint and overall update / repair where water has leaked in the bathrooms for example and stained or damaged cupboards etc. lamps were either not working or wires were difficult to reach /in need of repair.

Positive: Kitchen table was massive and was great for gathering round as a group of 8 x parking spots and ev charger was easy to use. Communication was good. When we contacted them about using the heater in the kitchen the help line was prompt and sorted it quickly. Electric heaters (apart from kitchen one which is too small for the room size and switches off automatically after a short period) heated rooms up quickly. Two kettles. Within easy walk of Flint Castle. Lots of shops within 2 min walk and takeaway options.
Negative: Mattresses are not comfortable. Like lying on a thin sheet covering springs x I know a few of us used the same duvets underneath them for extra padding. Two fridges in kitchen but only one shelf in each, no salad drawer or shelfs in door broken so can't store milk so overall reducing the space available. We only stayed 1 night so definitely struggle to store food for several days. Lounge is upstairs not downstairs as shown in photos, but it looks to have been previously a bedroom as there is an ensuite off it. It is not big enough for 8 people.
Summary: Ok stay but would benefit from some simple improvements.

Positive: The kitchen worked really well for our group of friends - we loved sitting round the large table chatting, eating drinking and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped and attractive. It was great having so many bedrooms that were all ensuite. The property was very accessible to Flint town and castle and coastal path.
Negative: There were a few very minor faults - a bedroom light not working and a wonky kitchen chair. The parking was tight but we managed to park four vehicles in the space available.
Summary: We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the property - very well designed for group use

Positive: Brilliant size for a large group of golfers, and perfect location. The kitchen was really good for socialising
Negative: The quality of finish in the bedrooms wasn’t the best, most in need of some repairs or replacement. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, and the single beds were very small, so not the best for an adult. One of the toilets was blocked all weekend and there was a smell of drains from most of the rooms and the kitchen sink.

Positive: Large house, very clean and tidy. Party of 8 adults & 2 children so we had the house to ourselves. Good mix of double beds and single beds in the rooms. Beds weren't overly comfy, but for the price it's not a massive deal. Towels in every room. Plenty of crockery. Almost more than needed. Kitchen was at the back of the house and was great because you any noise in the kitchen wasn't heard throughout the house.
Negative: Windows at the front of the house are a bit thin so could hear all the traffic.
