Summary: The two staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean- the coffee maker had old water in it and the tray it was sitting on hadn’t been cleaned and smelled. The cloth shower curtain smelled musty, like it had not been allowed to dry properly. I didn’t use it, but the pool area looked clean. It’s not far from Road America and easy to get to which was convenient.

Summary: Nice & clean property. Right next to a Kwik Trip so you can get all the supplies & excellent food without ordering in, etc. Very convenient being in the Falls and very close to family....without staying WITH family!
