Summary: We had a difficult time reaching the Host at first, but got better. No Rental Equip available as advertised. No hot water for dishes or shower or at least you better hurry. Low water pressure in some sink and toilets, but not a deal breaker. Ceiling fans in bunk rooms were too low for comfort, though our kids slept on the other below beds. View was perfect. Hot Tub only had 1 working jet and not sure we ever got it up to temp. Temp was not far off from the pool. No ice machine, so bring your own. Lawn guys came on a Sunday while we were laying out by the pool. Had to move all of stuff indoors or on the deck to help them out. Walk way to the river gets steep, but doable slowly. Pool was about 10' deep. Bring floats. Kitchen ware was sufficient. No baking sheets. Cool touch screen wall pad for information on restaurants and closing instructions. The large 1 trash can to put our trash in was already full, so we had to put our trash on the ground next to it. Lock box on front door, but there is no key hole. It is a digital lock. Made it confusing. Cosmetically very nice. No Master bedroom or at least master had a double with trundle bed. Not big enough for my husband and I, so we slept separate. 1 hand towel in the kitchen. Baths had a wash cloth for hand towel. YouTube video was helpful on the pool, but the pool vacuum was replaced and we were uneasy about using the Rumba looking one they had. No deal breakers, but some improvements for sure. We would stay again.

Summary: Great property for a family getaway. Kids loved the arcade game. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Dads enjoyed being able to fish off the banks in the back yard. Clean and just as described.

Summary: Our family had to come to town for work and found this gem. The property is located on the San Jacinto River with such an amazing view. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much, especially our 10 year old. Plenty of room to play outside and get some energy out. The home was clean and well kept with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was comfortable as well. Always had quick responses from the owners whenever there was a question on anything. They were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Will definitely recommend to others and hopefully return ourselves!!!
