The sofa also functions as a queen sized pullout bed, providing a sleeping space for 1-2. The adjacent dining area features a sleek table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together or catching up on work. The well-appointed kitchen has sleek quartz countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances, providing everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. STAIRS: There are approximately 12 stairs required to access the unit.
LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of the building, the washer and dryer are coin operated.
DAMAGE WAIVER: This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.
The charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.

- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
